Our story
From renovating houses to remodeling homes
For years, the work behind SCC Construction has been hands-on residential renovation — purchasing properties around Seattle, planning the renovation, coordinating the trades, and seeing each project through to a finished home.
That experience builds a particular kind of judgment. When you're responsible for the outcome of a renovation, you learn quickly where money makes a visible, lasting difference and where it disappears into work nobody will ever notice.
SCC Construction is now bringing that same experience directly to homeowners. Same approach, same standards — with the homeowner making the decisions about their own home, supported by a contractor who has made those decisions many times before.
We're not the largest remodeling company in Seattle, and we're not trying to be. We take on a focused number of substantial remodeling projects and give each one real attention.
