Kitchen Remodeling

Kitchens built around how you actually live

A kitchen remodel touches nearly every trade in the house. SCC Construction plans the work, coordinates the trades and manages the schedule so the finished space works as well as it looks.

Scope of work

One contractor responsible for the whole kitchen

SCC is a general contractor, not a single specialty trade. We handle the sequencing between demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, tile and finish work — so nothing stalls waiting on someone else's schedule.

Before the first cabinet is ordered, we walk the space with you, talk through how the kitchen is used day to day, and identify where layout changes will pay off and where the existing structure and utilities make a change expensive without much benefit.

What a full kitchen remodel typically includes

  • Layout improvements and space planning
  • Cabinetry design, ordering and installation
  • Countertops and backsplash
  • Flooring
  • Lighting design and installation
  • Electrical updates
  • Plumbing relocation and fixtures
  • Tile work
  • Painting
  • Trim, hardware and finish carpentry
